I have been practising yoga for many years and am passionate about the benefits it can bring. It enhances health and well being and helps you balance a busy life by calming the mind. It brings strength and stability and I don’t know where I would have been without it in those stressful periods of my own life. I feel privileged to have discovered Iyengar Yoga when I did and blessed to be able to share my knowledge and experience with you. I teach small group classes in Brockley and Forest Hill.
